Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
   1. By using the Platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Platform.
2. Registration and Use of the Platform
   1. Access to certain content and resources of the Platform may require a registration process. The user agrees to provide accurate and updated information during registration and to maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials.
   2. You agree that you are solely responsible for all activities on your account and agree to notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
   3. The user agrees to use the Platform in a legal and ethical manner, respecting Peruvian laws and regulations and not participating in activities that may harm the Platform or other users.
3. Content and Intellectual Property
   1. All content provided on the Platform, including course materials, videos, text, images and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not distribute, copy, modify or transmit such content without the prior written consent of the Company.
   2. The Company strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the Platform, but does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the content. You use the information at your own risk.
4. Fees and Payments
   1. Access to some courses or services on the Platform may require the payment of fees. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the terms of a specific course or service.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
   1. The Company collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available in the Privacy Policy section. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with this policy.
6. Responsibility
   1. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Platform.
7. Modifications and Termination
   1. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and to suspend or terminate user access to the Platform in the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions or any activity detrimental to the Platform or its users.
8. General Provisions
   1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Peru.
   2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Center of the Lima Chamber of Commerce.
   3. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and agreements, whether oral or written.
